At Emmet Pots, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with clear and fair return and refund terms.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect or damage must be provided.

2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will coordinate with you for the return pickup or provide instructions for the return. Please do not return any items without receiving confirmation from us.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, we will process a full refund.

  • Refunds are issued via cash at the time of item pickup or by store credit, depending on your preference.

  • We aim to complete the refund process within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items without original packaging
