1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via phone or email with delivery details.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to most locations within the country.

  • If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order if necessary.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all orders above a minimum purchase amount (as specified on the product page).

  • A nominal delivery fee may apply to smaller orders and will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • At this time, we do not offer real-time order tracking.

6. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery.

  • After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled.
